This lovingly designed holiday home, built in 2025, in the idyllic community of Fischen in the Allgäu region offers you a special holiday experience – ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends with up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 children.

Living area & kitchen

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, open-plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a large dining table for up to 7 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires: dishwasher, oven, Bora hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and other electrical appliances.

A guest toilet, a practical wardrobe with a safe, and access to the terrace with a small garden area complete the ground floor.

Wellness & Housekeeping

One floor down (accessible via a staircase from the living room) is a modern bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, as well as a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer – ideal for longer stays.

Sleep & Relax

On the upper floor you will find:

A lovingly furnished children's room with a bunk bed (200 x 90 cm), an additional children's bed (180 x 80 cm) and a panoramic bench for reading.

Another bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (200 x 180 cm).

A spacious family bathroom with bath and shower.

In the attic there is:

The stylish master bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm), gallery and balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the Allgäu mountains.

A small open office/yoga room with the same view.

All rooms are bright, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. The new furnishings create a friendly, warm atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing break.

Parking & Outdoor Area

A carport is being planned, and private parking is currently available directly at the house. The terrace and garden area are also currently being lovingly landscaped—ideal for reading, dining, or sunbathing.
